"Perfection" Unlimited License

By purchasing, you agree to these terms:

• Publishing Royalties: 50/50.
• Streaming Royalties: 10 Percent
• Vocals & Beat/Instrumental: The artist is entitled to do what they please with the vocals from the song with no obligation to the producer (remixes, acapellas, etc. ) The producer is entitled to re-sell the beat/instrumental at their own discretion, including leasing it to other artists.
• Performance/Broadcast Agreement: The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee an Unlimited use license to use the Master Recording for unlimited profit performances, shows, or concerts ect.
• Trackouts/Stems: Producer sends out each instrument used in the instrumental for Mixing and mastering for whomever the engineering may be.
• Return Payment: The Licensee understands that that if payment for this instrumental(s) is charged back or reversed back for any reason, any rights granted in this contract will be revoked, and this contract will be considered void and null. Any use of this instrumental(s) will be prohibited.
• Refund Policy: The Licensee understands that all sales are final, as refunds cannot be issued for intangible items.
• Rights of usage: The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee an unlimited use and more than 70% of the license to use Master Recording in the reproduction, duplication, manufacture, and distribution of phonograph records, cassette tapes, compact disk, digital downloads, other miscellaneous audio and digital recordings, and any lifts and versions thereof (collectively, the "Recordings", and individually, a "Recordings") worldwide for unlimited copies of such Recordings or any combination of such Recordings, condition upon the payment to the Licensor, receipt of which is confirmed. Additionally licensee shall be permitted to distribute unlimited internet downloads for profit,non-profit, commercial, and non-commercial use.
• Requirements: The producer credit is needed and, if used, it must always be displayed in all written information regarding the song(s). It's each party's responsibility to notify one another of any contact information changes within 6 months.
• Licensee must supply the Licensor with at least 1 copy of each final recording made using the Instrumental..
• Licensee must contact and inform Licensor of CD Sales if the instrumental is used for commercial purposes with a record label with a gross revenue of 1,000,000 the Licensor must receive credit for the instrumental, unless agreed upon otherwise by the two parties.
• Producer is still the sole owner of the music referred to in this agreement.
• Buyer must comply with every aspect of this agreement or this license will be terminated
• Eligible for monetization on YouTube only on user's channel, no Content ID. May be used for profit for streaming (Twitch, Youtube etc)
